Update on 2014/9/23

1. Change the data strucutre of the ouput of readCONTINoutput(testfile4), now it is a list of tuples[(alphaArray1, dataArray1), (alphaArray2,dataArray2),....]
2. Package small pyCONTIN procedures in to one: runCONTINfit()
