I can't get 1.2 info from anywhere(including http://atheme.org/projects/libguess) until I ran into issue #5 .

Please use git tag to release libguess from now on. Or if you release tarball to the homepage still, make sure put the tarballs in a public dir with proper name. distfiles.atheme.org seems invalid.
