Problems with test in last version => 9.1.1

The bug happends when you try to create tests with vue test utils. Now it ask for "new" to use, but when you run the test work without the "new" keywork

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a vue component with vue propery decorator in version 9.1.1 and use mount or shallow mount

Expected behavior
To not need the "new " keyword

Im using jest with vue test utils
