Summary: lscpu on aarch64 does not print out Features from /proc/cpuinfo.

Version info:

root@Deimos2:/proc# lscpu -V
lscpu from util-linux 2.27.1

What I got:

root@Deimos2:/proc# lscpu
Architecture: aarch64
Byte Order: Little Endian
CPU(s): 96
On-line CPU(s) list: 0-95
Thread(s) per core: 1
Core(s) per socket: 48
Socket(s): 2
NUMA node(s): 2
L1d cache: 32K
L1i cache: 78K
L2 cache: 16384K
NUMA node0 CPU(s): 0-47
NUMA node1 CPU(s): 48-95

What I expected: a line like the flags line when I run this on an Intel CPU:

flags : fpu vme de pse tsc msr pae mce cx8 apic sep mtrr pge mca cmov pat pse36 clflush mmx fxsr sse sse2 ht syscall nx rdtscp lm constant_tsc rep_good nopl xtopology eagerfpu pni pclmulqdq ssse3 fma cx16 pcid sse4_1 sse4_2 x2apic movbe popcnt tsc_deadline_timer aes xsave avx f16c rdrand hypervisor lahf_lm abm fsgsbase bmi1 avx2 smep bmi2 erms invpcid xsaveopt

What info is available: this from /proc/cpuinfo on the same box, abridged:

processor	: 94
BogoMIPS	: 200.00
Features	: fp asimd evtstrm aes pmull sha1 sha2 crc32 atomics
CPU implementer	: 0x43
CPU architecture: 8
CPU variant	: 0x1
CPU part	: 0x0a1
CPU revision	: 1

processor	: 95
BogoMIPS	: 200.00
Features	: fp asimd evtstrm aes pmull sha1 sha2 crc32 atomics
CPU implementer	: 0x43
CPU architecture: 8
CPU variant	: 0x1
CPU part	: 0x0a1

This is my first time looking at this code; I think I'm running a current enough version of everything to make this a current bug report.

thanks!

It seems that aarch64 uses a different names for some /proc/cpuinfo
fields (e.g. intel: bogomips, flags, and aarch64: BogoMIPS, features, ...)
