lscpu does not parse "Features" on aarch64 (on CoreOS beta channel)

Summary: lscpu on aarch64 does not print out Features from /proc/cpuinfo.

Version info:

root@Deimos2:/proc# lscpu -V
lscpu from util-linux 2.27.1

What I got:
