implement an add-value processor

An add-value processor allows to add a value to an event message.
The value name and the value itself can be static or dynamic (based on the received event message itself).
This will allow to change values while keeping the original ones.
This is possible now with the event-jq processor, but it is worth making it slightly easier than writing jq expressions.
