Only first half of files are uploaded when uploading individually #112

When uploading multiple files wth AJAX using the upload button in the preview footer, only the first half (rounded up) of the files include the file data in the AJAX request. The rest sends undefined.

This can be recreated in http://plugins.krajee.com/file-input/demo#ajax-demo
