Suggest changing name of sortable plugin

First of all a huge thank you for all of your hard work on this amazing array of Yii2 plugins.

I would humbly suggest renaming the "sortable" plugin bundled with this library. jQuery UI also has a plugin by that same name, and needless to say they cannot co-exist.
