Execute Jython or Javascript

The script API changed, so scripts need to be updated (unrelated to button).

Open Display in View to left, right, ..

No longer supported, and even with BOY this was only functional in an undisturbed Runtime perspective.

TODO Still support this as plain "open in tab"

"Open Webpage"

The "Open Webpage" action is now handled by the "Open File" action.

TODO Open http:// in web browser, translate existing "Open Webpage" actions
