Deploy Prometheus with Thanos #3

Prometheus isn't deployed right now because it kept crashing being unable to load the wal from its openebs volume.

Deploying with Thanos allows it to have a significantly lower retention period and longer term queries can go to the Thanos object storage.

Might want to check out using the free tier of Grafana Cloud now...

Deployed the grafana agent for grafana cloud. It doesn't have full featured kube metrics 😐
