Update Intel GPU doc for containerd

https://github.com/kata-containers/kata-containers/blob/main/docs/use-cases/Intel-GPU-passthrough-and-Kata.md specifies docker, but this isn't possible with Kata 2.x so update the doc to specify containerd.

Dear @Jimmy-Xu
Compared to Kubevirt, Kata does not have the relevant device plugins for gpu devices.(Kubevirt has Kubevirt device plugin from Nvidia) So at this stage, do we need to modify the devices plugin codes to add Vfio devices to K8s cluster or we have alternative way to deal with our gpu devices in the cluster?
