To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Keep 2 tabs of your web browser with cloud studio @ testops opened
  2. Delete the latest test case from one browser and parallelly create the the test case from another browser. ( I have used the default test case name generated by cloud studio). please note that the last test case name before creating another test case from the another browser was New test case (10)
  3. Come to the first browser and undo the test case deletion (test case deleted in step # 2)
  4. You will see two test cases with the same name

Expected behavior
Duplicate test case name should not be allowed
