Feature to download whole layout as a pdf #107

It's a feature request, if ktd grid can give a feature to download the whole grid with all the items in it. This would be helpful in many use cases.

I am closing this issue because the "download as PDF" feature is not, and will not be, within the scope of Angular Grid Layout in the near future.
