Someone might have found a solution to showcase the notification counter. Search for a solution to display the badge on android devices. It will be cool if you share the solution to the problem here.

Its a basic feature, the ionic team should prioritize this.

the problem with this plugins it is not update till it generated and also it is depend on ShortcutBadger. badge only show/work when you send push Notification or Local Notification because it is android device functionality when notification comes it show badge
