@kawanet It appears that issues on this repo are very old and not getting resolved regularly.
Would an infusion of funding help here? I'm making the case that your very well-used library here should get a $10K grant from Microsoft but it would help if you had a GitHub Sponsors set up, and could give some indication about whether that would motivate you to spend more time reviewing issues on this repo.
