Cleanup / harmonize the client user-agents in the Syncer code #65

We should cleanup / harmonize the names of client-go user-agents used in the Syncer code.
It seems that they were defined at various times in the code history, and we miss a common pattern and naming consistency.

Main constraint: have one common prefix named after the binary for easy filtering in e.g. audit
