Version 3.0.2 fails with: com.apple.dock.plist does not seem to be a home directory or a dock plist

Tried it on several different machines, but get the same error each time:

Error: /Users/st/Documents/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dock.plist does not seem to be a home directory or a dock plist

OK, this is my mistake. Script running as root, and even though I tried to run dockutil as the logged in user, the $USER and $HOME variables were still root…
