Even though GRNmap accepts both .xls and .xlsx files, we have made it behave so that the open dialog defaults to .xlsx (because of GRNsight). Thus, I think we also need to convert all the files in the test_files folder to .xlsx as well. There are some in the data_samples and estimation_tests folder.

Files in data_samples and estimation_tests folders have been converted into .xlsx.
