Load color palette file from the command line

It would be nice if one could load a color palette file for a float layer or a DEM from the command line. For example;

crusta float_layer.globeFile palette.pal

[daBrado]

Let me see what I can do.

It works for layer files and DEMs.
The palette file must end in ".pal" (which is how they are saved).
