Proposal

AWS-EKS has some limitations and we have decided to redesign it from scratch to improve them. This has produced the deprecation of aws-eks auth in favor of aws (available since KEDA v2.13)

The depreciation message is added by this PR and we should remove the feature from KEDA v3
