In keep-network/keep-core#1057 we implemented chain events resubscriptions in case Ethereum node gets cycled. #204 implements a hotfix for v0.6.1 keep-ecdsa but with no master backport. After #234 is done, we need to implement this mechanism properly for keep-ecdsa master.
