Deep link to settings page and other areas from notifications

Summary

When using the download icon you get the message to enable DDG in Settings > Security. In the popup message you could add the text-link that when clicked it will take you directly to that page (and highlight the option) without having to do it manually.

Context

It simplifies the search of specific settings throughout the app, and makes it easier for users to learn where they are since over time more and more settings might be added to improve the software.
