fixes #2914
support MacOS keychain
update INSTALL requirements

Testing strategy

use keepassxc-kdewallet on Linux
use keepassxc-keychain on MacOS
observe different behavior between branches develop and pw-stdin.

@droidmonkey and @jkt628 is this functional as a hotfix? Our users script the opening of multiple databases as part of a common workflow and this is causing a lot of pain. We'd like to pull in the patch before 2.5.0 if possible.

I haven't tested it myself yet, but it seems functional based on reading the code. If you need a special build for windows or macOS let me know.

i notice 2.4.1 released without this fix and broke me again. rebased against develop with no issues. please merge.

Just checking in on this (now that it's affecting me! selfish, I know). I see it's been merged with develop but hasn't appeared in a release so far. Is there anything I can do to help progress this?

(I'm using it with secret-tool in this script, in case that's helpful to somebody.)
