OpenCycleMap map background layer broken #97

The OpenCycleMap layer background is broken, when using the layer switcher in the top-left.

It is requesting e.g.
https://b.tile.opencyclemap.org/cycle/15/17160/11475.png
but that should now be
https://b.tile.thunderforest.com/cycle/15/17160/11475.png

plus an API key to avoid an unregistered key warning (which will need to be treated as a separate issue).
