Name of contact person, Contact information, Contributor name, Contributor ID, Submitting organisation identification code, Earlier transfer agreement, Submission session, Submission number, Contributor, Package creator software Contact person are not mandatory.

It seems to me that the sw works in a way that all opened fields to be filled become mandatory. It might cause confuse so a different solution should be found.
