Move from CSS to GSS, starting with @external annotation so it has the least impact in the code
Centralize colors using GSS constants
Have new configurations in roda-wui.properties for clients (e.g. with a ui.client. prefix) and define there the colors and menus
Load configuration on GWT Main startup and inject colors into the style via GSS runtime substitution
After load configuration also setup the menu
