start- and enddate for longer time spans

Enable the poll creator to select a start and an end date of a time range. This would enhance the user experience manyfold by saving plenty of clicks when selecting a whole week or even month.

I'd love to participate but I could only provide some JS, which is falsely advertised as part of the project on your call for pull requests ;)
