Sound Manager Schedules stopped working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I uninstalled & reinstalled & added schedules... works ok
2. Using "Elixir" app I can see Sound Manager in list of "Processes" and 
"Tasks" but not "Services".
3. If I use the "Program Monitor" widget, I see Sound Manager active.  If I 
close it Sound Manager, the Process and Task are gone. The schedules stop 
working.
4. If I reboot the phone.  The Process is back & schedules work.


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
V2 on Samsung GT-I9000M Gingerbread gkg3

Please provide any additional information below.
Could it be some other app is interfering with the process?
I don't think I installed any significant app lately.
