Hide mandatory component configuration from the context classes #106

A user should not be able to remove the configuration code for required components. This applies to service locator components, request filters and any setup currently being done in ProductionJivagoContext. (e.g. discovering annotations, ...)

Not really feasible since package auto-discovery is configured in the ProductionJivagoContext.
