@keurfonluu can you please advise Python and libraries version requirements to run this?

Different version of below libraries were tested on Python 3.8 and 3.6

"numpy",
"matplotlib",
"obspy",

Receives below errros:

WARNING: Discarding https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/fb/73/4502b2b32bd828ec8444d6449bff909eecf644cc8f0c6faafd0890b176eb/pycker-1.0.0.tar.gz#sha256=afebc841f37826d623b53f2a5d562ceafc4619f8d94052ad25557055cf0dfd17 (from https://pypi.org/simple/pycker/). Command errored out with exit status 1: python setup.py egg_info Check the logs for full command output.
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement pycker (from versions: 1.0.0, 1.1.0, 1.1.1)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for pycker
