This version fixes one of the probably most annoying bugs regarding RONLOGs: their random re-ordering on assembly.

Now, whenever a RONLOG is assembled with this version of Aeruginous for the first time, it will be sorted strictly by the character codes of the entries and categories. This sorting cannot be broken again; entries added to the RONLOG manually after assembly are going to be shelved into the correct positions on the next assembly.
