Words beginning with the letter 'A' are automatically italicized

While attempting to implement pagedown-bootstrap, the functionality appears to be correct but in the preview, all words beginning with the letter 'a' are displayed as italicized words.

If you read the documentation, there's a hook that's doing this, you simply need to remove the hook (it was example of what it can do)
