How does transactions table get updated after completing payment from coinpayments?
I am not receiving any status from coinpaymnet after completing payment. Kindly help to solve the issue.

I am unable to receive any ipn response from coinpayments please help me to solve this.

Do you have a log in coinpayments of the IPN attempt?

There is no log created. And I submitted ticket in coinpayments.net regarding this and I got the reply like:
You should see the errors in your HTTP/PHP/etc. logs but we're getting back an HTTP 419 error saying "Page Expired".
but I am not sure what to do? Is there any solution?

I think you should disable CSRF and try again, or add to VerifyCsrfToken Middleware
