bug(developer): can have two keyboards in test list after live reload? #6063

  1. Make sure that the keyboard and model selection is correct with reloads.

    I ended up having tow "Khmer Angkor" keyboards in the keyboard field. One is probably from compiling the model and another from compiling the keyboard itself. For what's worth, there should only be one of them instead both of the same one.

Note: this may be resolved already with the new Keyman Developer Server, so please re-test with PR #6073

As far as I can tell in my tests, this has been resolved.
