maybe just create a dew for and link with https://registry.hub.docker.com/u/linux/postfix/ ;)

or maybe we force you to enter some config info, as little as possible -- in this case the FQDN ?

it bothers me that you can't really configure envvars after the fact without rebuilding the container from scratch -- but maybe that's not true

envvars are a #create thing -- no you cannot change them. this is out of scope of dew -- folks can override/change/fetch/improve gitlab's Env in the drop as needed using javascript
