Unable to deactive dialer integration

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install csipsimple on ADR6300
2. Uncheck box to deactivate dialer integration
3. Attempt to place an outbound call with dialer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to place call - instead given option for csipsimple accounts and
GSM.  Selecting GSM attempts an international call.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.00-09 on Android 2.1 (ADR6300)

Please provide any additional information below.
Forced to uninstall so I could place outbound calls again.

I think that there is two bugs :
* The fact that it transform the callee number into an international number
Can you precise me how the outbound call is transformed? and what is your 
country?
I saw in some comments that other people also have this bug but i don't 
reproduce
with my phones (i think it's related to the phone locale). So if you can help me
precising what is the called number (should be written in callLogs).

* The option to disable dialer integration that does nothing.
The feature is not yet implemented (the checkbox in settings does nothing). The
option will be implemented in the next release.

Should be corrected in the latest release 0.00-11.

Can you confirm?

(It appears that there is other bugs with this latest version (with the 
microphone) 
but this particular issue about dialer integration should be fixed)
