Allow the user to have multiple configurations.

Use Cases:

User should be able to add an extra configuration
User should be able to modify an existing configuration
User should be able to delete an existing configuration
User should be able to quickly select a configuration from a dropdown list in the settings page
User should be able to quickly select a configuration from a dropdown list in the home page.
