Hi,
I am using this package, but I found there is no manual about how to import the trees as PhyloTree object, and how to use the function "getRobinsonFouldsDistance()" to get RF distance, could you share your help?

Hi,

I've added a readme showing Robinson Foulds and an example showing how to compute the geodesic distance between two trees. Hope that helps.
