Need to upstream some waybar changes to support a more robust and stable window-rewrite config. implemented first in 9ab7e19 but requires too much manual maintenance and doesn't work right on login.

Now works on login, but still would like to improve the icon fetching to not require each config listing all possibilities somehow.
