Running on Win 11, Intel i7 10870H : 2.21GHz, venv with all requirements satisfied, Python 3.8.8

main.py breaks with unknown errors (stack trace comes back empty) and produces the error "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142)". Anyone seen this issue before?

It appears this is also cause by insufficient memory error. I tried running it in intelliJ and the crash report points to that. Any clues on how to fix this? thanks
Update: Also tried running this in GitPod, kernel crashes every time. Would be great to hear from anyone who had similar issues getting this to work.
