Will need to add somewhat accurate way of gathering what portion of the client takes up cycles and relative overhead to a client that takes the same number of hops but involves no onion routing mechanics.
In addition to cycle count, bandwidth testing would also be helpful. How much data can we get to another node for N hops per second (Mbps, Gbps, etc.)?
