While checking the code "NamespaceValidationSummary" I found that an older 'cluster' param is used: https://github.com/kiali/kiali/blob/master/handlers/namespaces.go#L40.
But in fact, from UI no any 'cluster' or 'clusterName' param is send for Namespace Validations in Graph:
https://github.com/kiali/kiali/blob/master/frontend/src/services/Api.ts#L194
