Annotation wizard behaviour is not correct when user add/deletes some annotations

When the user deletes an annotation which is not in the last position, the annotation wizard has strange behaviour when trying to add new annotations.

One example:

1. Add two extra annotations

2. Delete the first extra one

3. Try to add one extra annotation. instead of adding a new one, the remaining annotation is clear.
