This maistra compat table is included in the prerequisites page, but for some reason it also shows up as its own page with an empty left hand tree item. We should get rid of that.

$ pwd
/home/jmazzite/source/kiali/kiali.io/content/en/docs/Installation/installation-guide
$ grep compatibility-maistra *
prerequisites.md:{{% readfile file="/content/en/docs/Installation/installation-guide/compatibility-maistra.md" %}}
