Incorrect spacing and icon sizing in Graph Summary Panel

Describe the bug

List of namespaces in Graph Summary Panel has incorrect spacing (big margin between each namespace element). Also the N/A label for namespaces that do not belong to Service Mesh is next to namespace name without any margin.

Besides, status icon sizes are not consistent in different Graph summary panels (e.g. Namespace and Service):

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

1. Go to Graph page
2. Click on corresponding element (Namespace, Service, etc.) to see the summary panel

Environment

• Kiali version: v1.78.0-SNAPSHOT
• Istio version: 1.16.7
• Kubernetes impl: Minikube
• Kubernetes version: v1.27.4
