Open kiel-live for other cities #180

It would be cool to make Kiel-Live available for other cities as well. This way we could more easily growth our community (hopefully the Github community as well).

Roadmap

  • generate map for at least germany (tiles.ju60.de)
  • find way to detect start location (ip based, gps based)
  • publish app under a different name
    • keep Kiel-Live (the Android app) under the same name
  • add way to query data based on geo-location (so not getting updates for every available city)
