Actually, auto-alignment correction of run-jumps from edges seems to be missing completely in your port, so not just with loose tiles. To state the issue simpler: the original game 'helps' the player when they are making a running-jump with lift-off close to the edge. Your port does not.

ctrl.asm module was reading from static data (add1) in ctrlsubs.asm module located in a different SWRAM bank. Have moved this to Hazel so all modules can access it. Waiting for Norbert to verify fixed.

Verified fixed by Norbert. PR'd. Can now complete level 12 myself without cheating!!
