normalise - 8-bit lossless verification will always fail due to -pix_fmt #361

The framemd5s will always fail as ffmpeg will use a different pix_fmt for the MOV and the MKV. Force pix_fmt uyvy422 for 8-bit sources, or better yet - capture source pix_fmt and use that. This should also work for RGB.
