Increase log buffer size #127

Currently rtail web app only shows recent 100 logs lines and other gets clear.
There should be a configuration param to set max log buffer size. 100 is very low because normal stacktrace will have more than 100 lines.

@kilianc I would like to take this up. However, I am facing some difficulties in running rtail locally. Can you help me with that. Because for me, this is an urgent issue that needs to be fixed.
