Limitations to amount of logs broadcasted by rtail ?

Hi rtail team! I have a question about the working of the rtail utility:
When rtail get its stdin and start broadcasting its log lines, are connection timeouts likely ? Is there a limitation to the number of log lines it can broadcast? or anything else that would cause incomplete reception of logs ?
If so, how can I configure each of those categories to allow for flexibility.
