Working Contract: Holiday days per fiscal year

Problem:
In our company we have a different fiscal year from the calendar year.
Our vacation days for each employee are calculated on the basis of the fiscal year (reset at the beginning of the fiscal year).

Idea 1 (simple):
An option to set the holiday reset date for each employee.

Idea 2 (complex):
An option to define time ranges and the number of holiday days for the period.
